Ns70 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing your use of the ns70 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ns70 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ns70's services.
To use the ns70 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Not listed on any prohibition list or subject to any usage restrictions imposed by the relevant authorities.
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
- Taking full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Not using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any illegal activities.
Ns70 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents as part of its regulatory compliance process.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on ns70. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, phone number, and any other requested information accurately and truthfully.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ns70 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. All transactions made prior to a report being lodged are considered valid and remain the account holder's responsibility.
User Responsibilities
Users are prohibited from using the ns70 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or the distribution of harmful content. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use bots or automated tools to manipulate bets, or disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payment Policy, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the ns70 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online bank transfers via local Malaysian banks and supported e-wallets. ns70 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion by third parties.
Deposit Processing
Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. ns70 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. If a deposit is not received within the expected timeframe, users are required to contact customer support and provide proof of the transaction.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ns70 account holder. ns70 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for identity verification or investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy, which can be reviewed via FAQ page.
Transaction Errors
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect transaction being processed, ns70 reserves the right to correct the error, including cancelling or adjusting account balances, without prior notice. Users are not entitled to claim any gains arising from such system errors.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Ns70 Liability Limits
Ns70 provides its services on an "as is" basis with no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime. To the extent permitted by law, ns70 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, odds display errors, or disputed bet outcomes.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ns70 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user violates any provision of these terms, provides false information during registration, engages in fraudulent activity or system exploitation, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Any valid balance in an account closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to the account holder once the verification process is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ns70 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and software code — is the property of ns70 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ns70.
Third-Party Links
The ns70 platform may contain references to third-party services. ns70 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Ns70 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the ns70 website. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they remain up to date.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Language
These terms and conditions are written in Bahasa Melayu as the official language. In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and a translation in any other language, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
